Job Description:

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the Digital Workplace Services Team and ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. They use their industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning, strategic planning, problem solving, user experience and resource management.

Responsibilities For Technical Project Manager
Use data analytics to inform strategic decision making and planning.
Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all resources are actively working toward established milestones
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Create plans defining sprints, risks, blockers and timelines.
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
Oversee onboarding Technical persona-driven provisioning of hardware and software and work with software asset teams to ensure compliance.
Collaborate and drive forward positive end to end Employee Experience for a flexible, hybrid remote workforce including onboarding, provisioning, usability, support, lifecycle.

Qualifications For Technical Project Manager

Degree in Project Management or related technical field required preferred
Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods, including Agile and Azure DevOps
Strong data analytical skills
Strong Office 365 and experience with Workday, Service Now, Flexara preferred.
Healthcare experience and knowledge of Workday Job profiles a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
