Job Description:
The North America Commercial Pharma Business Technology team at
Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a Johnson & Johnson company, is recruiting
for an IT Manager, Business Technology Leader, located in
Titusville, NJ! The Business Technology Manager will lead strategic
business partner engagement and collaborate with Global Strategic
Customer Organization (GCSO) partners to manage
pre-commercialization activities such as assessing, developing, and
delivering digital solutions, in support of business technology
strategies for Gene Therapy - Retina. Additionally, the Manager
will partner with broader strategy teams within other functions to
map and shape processes in support of end-to-end patient platforms,
capabilities, and services. For the Pulmonary Hypertension
portfolio, this role will lead business technology engagements
based on business priorities and demands, flexing between sales,
digital technologies, and patient end to end technologies. The
position requires direct interaction with business partners to
understand requirements and with product line teams to discover
innovative solutions to meet business needs. This includes
assessing the current state and identifying technology solutions
that support business strategies. This position will lead projects
from the beginning of client engagement through delivery and
execution. Key Responsibilities: Embrace and cultivate a culturally

technologies. Be able to work in a multidisciplinary environment
with business domain specialists, technical experts and a broad
range of skills and teams across the organization to conceptualize,
design and execute technology solutions. Anticipate, identify and
articulate unmet needs, and partner to craft demand and design
capabilities for new technology solutions supporting those needs.
Own the development of strategies for various Business Technology
capabilities including patient and HCP solutions, omnichannel,
digital marketing, CRM, and analytics. Develop and lead complex
projects including the following activities: Lead requirements
gathering, build project scope, estimate resources (budget and
people), project prioritization across Business Technology and
advocate PH priority on platforms that are shared by other
therapeutic areas. Collaborate with delivery teams and shared
services for project execution, including coordinating UAT,
providing ongoing support, and managing changes/enhancements.
Ensure project plans are defined and carried out to achieve the
business and technical objectives. QualificationsEducation: A
Bachelor's Degree is required. Experience and Skills: Required: At
least seven (7) years of work experience and skills vital to
satisfactorily perform the responsibilities is required. Project
management skills and system support in digital technologies, are
required. Experience identifying process requirements for business
units and supporting IT strategies. Experience interacting with the
business partner community to devise or modify procedures, to solve
sophisticated problems or improve existing processes is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding
interpersonal skills are required. This includes leading multiple
priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and operating with poise
and integrity in an elaborate, high-profile, and constantly
evolving environment. Preferred: In depth understanding of patient
solutions and services as well as PII data security is preferred.
Experience working on technology solutions in the healthcare
environment, including familiarity with privacy and compliance
principles is preferred. Experience in using visualization tools
for storytelling (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is
preferred. Strong Pharmaceutical industry knowledge and/or
experience is highly preferred. PMP, Agile and/or similar
certification is preferred. Other: Infrequent travel to other
locations may be required for company sponsored meetings, training,
