Since our founding in 1977, we have supported through software, services, and consulting, 100% of the top 20 global life sciences companies.Serving more than 160 customers in 25 countries, we have the global scale and expertise to bring our employees around the world together to drive innovation, manage complex business processes, improve program administration and client service delivery.Channel Partner ManagerWe are rapidly growing throughout North America, currently recruiting for several key resources within our Sales organization, including a Channel Manager with a background in software / SaaS sales.In this role you'll initiate, develop, maintain and expand relationships with assigned channel partners, representing the entire range of Xybion products and services. Your will be to achieve sales, profitability, and partner recruitment targets.As an ideal candidate, you know software sales, channel growth and management, and you have experience in the Life Sciences sector.Location:You'll work remotely, collaborating with colleagues throughout North America.Mandate & Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of Xybion's Channel Partner strategy.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop partners within Life Sciences professional services organizations and complementary software companies, and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
  • Coordinate the involvement of key colleagues in Sales, Delivery, and Management, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with productive partner relationships.
  • Sell to end users through partner organizations, in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other firms' sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Stay up to date with the latest products and solutions offered by us and our competitors.Qualifications:
    • A degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Experience building and executing a partner-centric go-to-market model within a SaaS company.
    • Established partner network in the Life Sciences space, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
    • Proven record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and partner goals targets.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units, partners, and solution teams in complex engagements.
    • Comfortable working in a flexible and remote, nationally distributed work environment with ability to travel occasionally once travel is deemed safe.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset; flexible and adaptable, able to learn new things quickly.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven.
    • Skilled negotiator, quick learner, solutions-oriented.
    • Positive, collaborative, and constructive - a true team player.
