Job Title: Associate Director, Boosters Portfolio
(L3-2)Location: Primary location: Bridgewater, NJ Secondary:
Swiftwater, PAPosition Overview/Key Responsibilities:The Associate
Director, Boosters and Portfolio will drive development and
implementation of the US Business Unit strategies to optimize
product performance for Adacel and Tenivac and support integration
into overall portfolio strategy. This position will oversee the
assessment, research, creation, and implementation of product
strategy and brand plan to enhance the position of Sanofi Pasteur
in order to achieve dose and revenue goals for Boosters and vacines
portfolio.The position will report to the Head, Pediatric and
Boosters Franchise.What makes this role unique? As an Associate
Director, Boosters Portfolio you will be empowered to fully manage
your business. A critical aspect to this role is partnering closely
with key local and global stakeholders including Global Franchise,
Market Access , Pediatric and Flu portfolio teams, Government and
Public affairs, Finance, and National Accounts teams to continually
assess strategies that lead to increased Tdap utilization and
forward momentum towards revenue goals.To lead this segment of the
business, we need you toHave accountability to the Boosters assets
P&L, budget, and local business prioritiesStrong ability to
synthesize market intelligence and deliver both short and long-term
forecastsDrive growth and maximize profitability supporting our
customers' needs in an innovative wayServe as local interface with
Global Brand Teams to provide local perspective/inputs and
contribute to the development of a Global Brand PlanDevelop and
maintain strong cross functional relationships with internal /
external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across
functions and geographiesActively engage with and role model our
Play-to-Win cultureExperience Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in
life sciences, marketing or business preferredMinimum of 7 years
Commercial Operations Experience. Prior marketing experience
preferred, but not requiredTrack record in a matrix environment
and/or in cross-functional groupsExperience leading without
authority in a matrix environmentStrong project management
expertiseProfessional Skills:Excellent organizational,
interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to lead in an
ambiguous environment across different functions and company
culturesAnalytic & synthetic capacity with the ability to
understand, simplify & communicate effectively with othersResults
