activities of the Messer Graduate Development Program (GDP) in all
aspects, including but not limited to graduate recruitment
selection process, leading discussions with business stakeholders
to identify placement of rotational assignments and landing roles,
ongoing coaching of GDP participants, training and development,
onboarding of new cohorts, and handling of all related
administration, etc.Collaborate with the HR team and the business
on talent initiatives and processesResearches, develops, recommends
internal process improvements to foster the organizations'
diversity and inclusion goals.Write communications for talent
programs, including learning & development programs, roll out of
new system functionality (performance management, development
plans, competencies, etc.), and others as required.Creates/research
new and innovative approaches that enhance performance.A minimum of
a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a degree in human
resource management or a related field required.5 years of
professional experience in Human Resources or related field is
required.Experience consulting organizations on diversity and
inclusion initiatives is required.Must have excellent communication
skills, both oral and written.Ability to collaborate with various
levels of stakeholders across different business areas.Ability to
work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to prioritize
and work on multiple tasks at the same time.Analytical/critical
thinking skills required.A natural ability in presenting and
speaking to groups with a friendly and informative approach
preferred.Proficient in MS Excel, PPT, and Word and Outlook;
Experience with SharePoint a plus.Highly detail-oriented, energetic
