the Director- eCommerce, the Manager is responsible for the
functional management and leadership of all sales related
activities for assigned brands/categories at Amazon and our
eCommerce retailers. This individual is expected to develop
strategic plans to deliver increased revenue and profit for the
Company and the customer.Responsibilities include:Develop and
implement strategic sales plans in accordance with Corporate
goalsDevelop and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) Goals with
Amazon & eCommerce partnersDevelop strategies to drive brands and
outpace category growth for the brandsDirect sales forecasting and
projection activitiesDeliver target budget plan and new product
distribution goalsExecute our brand and category growth strategy
that align with the customerManage Trade budget and monitor
spending efficiency that focus on a strong ROIIdentify new
opportunities for growth; develop and implement strategic sales
plans in accordance with corporate goalsDevelop account specific
programs that align with the customers strategic plans that help
with profitable growthMaintain clear understanding of customer
objectives, and liaise internally to develop operational plans to
manage execution and measure resultsUnderstand eCommerce
go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency while
partnering internally to deliver sales growthRelationship
management with account cross functional areas, Corporate and
divisions. Access to top customer executivesFoster and grow
existing and new relationships within account, gaining a deep
understanding of current and potential future needs of our
customersEducate our internal business partners on our eComm
specific products and packaging, and develop measurement and KPI's
to help with growthDeliver presentations that show innovation,
digital shelf strategy, promotions, communicate suggested pricing,
etc. Manage execution of daily business, promotional planning,
listing maintenance, logistics and customer relationshipWork with
customers to implement initiatives and monitor standards, content
and level of education on the product detail pageResponsible for
trade fund management, direct sales forecasting and projection
activities for the companyDeduction managementP management within
respective account coverageQualifications3+ years of National
Account sales experience3+ years of Ecommerce experience; Amazon
1P/3P experience preferable3+ years of sales experience in the
Convenience, Grocery, Drug and/or Mass retail channel(s) a
plusPrior experience working with PPC Advertising (Amazon
Advertising)Prior experience using syndicated data to determine
customer needs and establish the most effective pricing and
promotional activitiesPrior exposure to category management and
strong analytical background is preferredBachelor's degree in
business or related field required, MBA a plusProficient in MS
Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)Ability to build
relationships and senior level engagementHigh level of
organizational skills, good written and oral communication
skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesMust be able
to multi-task and follow-up when responses are neededThe ability to
utilize creativity and push beyond the obvious, comfortable going
into unchartered territory in setting out recommendations and
