**Product Manager (Remote)**_Work Mode: Remote_**Remote opportunity with 20% travel to Robern's office in Bristol, PA.****Location: Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, Trenton, NJ, or Baltimore, MD**Robern, a Kohler Company, is looking for dynamic, dedicated Product Manger to join our Marketing team!Robern's Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the complete management of Robern's new product portfolio under the supervision of a Robern Strategic Product Development Leader. This individual will look after the creation of new products, and upgrades to existing products, by identifying market opportunity, conducting research; and generating product scopes.The Product Manager must have a collaborative approach, and be flexible and open as they will work closely with the Robern cross functional teams (Industrial Design, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to define requirements & specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction. This individual is also responsible for working with Brand and Channel Marketing to developing short term and long term marketing strategies that enable successful commercialization of Robern products into the marketplace. The Product Manager is also responsible for collaborating with operations on forecasting and with the analytics, pricing and discontinuation team on the full product lifecycle by conducting regular line reviews to determine successes, challenges, and line updates needed to maintain orders, sales and profitability.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop an expertise in the product markets and create/maintain an intelligence file on competitors' products, pricing, field activity, customer service channels of market distribution and end user preferences.Become familiar with product materials, manufacturing, packaging, transportation and promotions.Introduce new products:+ Research - Research and document potential market, competition, paths to market and target customers+ Concept - Develop product proposal (what is the product and what does it do), conduct a SWOT analysis, start developing a research plan+ Validation - Establish Personas, Use cases, Execute research, Establish value proposition and key differentiators+ Refinement - Finalize marketing plan and project scope, teach the organization about the product and why it is important to the customer and the company, Develop "Authorized Corporate Transaction" reports for new product introduction+ Project Kick Off - Develop a commercialization plan including a timeline and metrics for successLaunch Management - lead the product introduction team in a successful launch plan. Ensure everything needed to properly commercialize the product is planned and executed appropriately+ Launch - Excite customers, enable those customers to be successful in selling and purchasing the product - tactics may include training, merchandising, pricing, incentive promotions, tradeshows and events, publicity programs+ Feedback and Refinement - objectively assess effectiveness of launch, receive feedback to determine future plans for the product**Skills/Requirements**+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.+ 3-5 years' marketing experience, with strong analytical and presentation skills.+ Luxury experience preferred.To fully demonstrate our commitment to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our associates, we are requiring all U.S. based team members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
