Alternate Locations: Work from Home; US All RegionsWork Arrangement: Work from HomeRelocation assistance: : is not available for this opportunity.Pay Range: $48,900 - $103,600Bonus Potential: 5%Requisition #: 70069The Role at a GlanceWe are excited to bring on a Project Management Specialist to join our Retirement Plan Client Services team supporting Workplace Solutions in a remote environment.Background DetailsThe Project Management Team will allow you to be a critical member of Lincolns Retirement Plan Services Team.As a Project Management Specialist, Desktop Process & Analytics you will be responsible for providing project management support by building partial digital automations and coding for Verint Systems with IF/Then statements to help Lincoln build efficiencies. You will assist more experienced project managers with the creation and maintenance of project management deliverables for the Lincoln Enterprise. You will be responsible for maintaining great documentation, building PowerPoint presentations, providing demos and meeting with the business areas to gain insight and troubleshoot. The work you will lead is highly visible across the Lincoln organization, with opportunities for regular engagement with senior and executive leaders that support multiple business units.   • You will promote and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/emperies initiatives for the RPS Client Services organization.
  • You will manage and deliver on low complexity projects, conforming to project management standards and processes as designated by your leadership team, including applicable change control and project management methodologies.
  • You will partner with Project Managers to gather estimates, then build and maintain the project schedule in an appropriate schedule management tool. In addition, you will provide resource management support by updating project resource allocations and milestones within the project schedule based on feedback from the Project Manager.
  • You will apply foundational knowledge to provide recommendations for best methods for reporting and displaying data that enables the business area to best manage their departments/teams.
  • You will create presentations materials for project kick off, status and steering committee meetings. In addition, you will create agendas for meetings, document issues, actions, and decisions from meetings and publish meeting minutes.
  • You will partner with the business to educate them on what we should do vs. what we can do through enterprise thinking as this role serves the Lincoln enterprise.What we're looking forMust-have experience (Required):
    • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
    • 1-3+ Years of experience in Project Management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
    • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches.
    • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):
      • Coding experience (if/then statements) or highly technical background.
      • Detail oriented and data driven.
      • Ability to create a vision and roadmap for the team.
      • Presentation experience/skills (up through senior leaders).
      • Able to actively listen to interpret underlying issues.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.Travel Requirements
