Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Dealer Channel Manager to join their growing team! The Dealer Channel Manager will work in an outside sales capacity and is responsible for the overall business relationship between Dealers & Kinsley Power Systems. The Account Manager provides leadership, direction, and support to Dealers while developing and growing dealer count and respective sales.

  • Functions as the primary account manager with our Dealers who sell and support the Kohler residential product offering to the mutual benefit of both Kinsley and our Dealer
  • Prospects, identifies and qualifies new major accounts in the territory while maintaining and nurturing current dealer network relationships
  • Tracks and manages optimal dealer stocking orders/turns/quotes, etc. for monthly reporting, documenting of business development activity, and identifies obstacles to success and implements corrective action plans
  • Accountable for the sales targets of assigned Dealers for Kohler Residential products, and maintaining compliance to Sales Policy guidelines for the sales/service of Kohler Industrial products sold through dealer channel
  • Additional duties as assigned Preferred Dealer Channel Manager Skills:
    • 3 to 5 years of combined sales and technical experience in related industry is preferred
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a high degree of energy and competitiveness balanced with impeccable integrity, attention to detail and a personable demeanor
    • High sense of urgency for customer satisfaction and sales achievement
    • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office & some CRM platform (MS CRM preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of residential generator products and applications, as well as the markets served preferred
