Job Description:

PM will coordinate across multiple commercial functions to develop and maintain launch plans, assist in Integrated asset planning, support project management, and contribute to other core PXS operational activities.Remote with site visits for meetings in Princeton, NJ Strategic Project Management and Launch Management responsibilities:

  • Determine project management methodology per project, manage project materials, utilizing project management tools and processes
  • Partner with the PXS Home Office Teams to create and manage launch governance structure and organizational preparation / execution
  • Partner with the PXS Home Office Teams to support strategic project management for base business activities
  • Partner with PXS Home Office Team on the integration of the Avanir Patient Support Program for 2023
  • Support Inventory management of PXS CNS Resources
  • Document risks/issues and mitigation strategies
  • Prepare leadership presentations and high-level cross-functional project support
  • Develop and maintain project plans including decision points to communicate with leadership
  • Support 2023 Integrated Asset Planning by managing the process and assisting in the creation of budget and presentation materials
  • Other value-added projects, workshops, etc. as needed by the marketing team
  • Own overall PXS CNS Launch Readiness planning and documentation, creating and maintaining timelines and driving launch to major milestones across functions
  • Track and report Launch Readiness, drive launch to major milestones across functions
  • Drive cross-functional and agency partners to achieve goals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Facilitate decision-making, risk assessments, mitigation & timely issue resolution
  • Lead PXS launch readiness process, including reporting and decision-making
  • Be "go-to" person for requests related to PXS team plans, documents, communications
  • Coordinate with Brand Marketing team and Channel Strategy Team , manage interdependencies
  • Develop and moderate/facilitate strategy planning and launch planning workshops
  • Offer strategic input into PXS CNS launch planning
  • Aid in formulation of Key Business Questions (KBQs) and track progress towards learning
  • Create aspirational, yet executable business goals for the commercial team to plan against and hold responsible teams accountable for delivery
  • Partner with PXS Home Office Team to prepare leadership presentations with cross-functional partners by gathering and synthesizing relevant content and providing input into content and story flow
  • Ad Hoc Marketing Operations Support: (eg monitoring projects through Veeva, warehouse coordination, inventory of resources)Support the PXS Strategy Team with strategic support for PXS CNS commercial launch planning, preparation and execution. The individual/ vendor organization will ideally be able to leverage research and analyses conducted, knowledge of launch excellence, the disease area, and will collaborate closely with the team in order to achieve the project objectives without added costs. Requirements and Competencies:
    • BA/BS degree
    • 5 years' Program Management/Project Management experience
    • Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite applications; advanced PowerPoint skills a must
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Planner, or other approved project management application.
    • Is able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering results on time
    • Impeccable presentation and communications skills (written and verbal); interpersonal, organizational skills; Able to successfully collaborate cross-functionally with all levels
    • Willing to roll up and pitch in where needed; team player; proactive; able to step outside the standard PM role
    • Commercially minded / interest in commercial pharma space
    • Experience directly supporting a marketing team desirable
    • Lifesciences, Pharma or Healthcare experience desirable
    • Marketing experience, ideally in Pharma desirable but not requiredThe right candidate:

        • Location: Remote but Northeast and able to go to Princeton for meetings
