About the Role - Content Service Manager (CSM)Indegene is looking for a passionate individual who is responsible for management of relationships with existing clients (brand managers) and building new relationships with potential clients (brand managers) for an engagement with a large pharmaceutical company. As a CSM, you will:

  • Drive uptake of Indegene's content production services for the assigned brands by building a trusted advisor relationship with the client and ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our services.
  • Work closely with clients to identify needs including content & creative design projects.
  • Be the Indegene SME for the client and recommend the right solutions for their needs, work closely with operations teams, and deliver on a delightful client experience. ResponsibilitiesThe Content Service Manager (CSM) would act as an intermediary between the Client POCs, agencies, and PMs. They would act as dedicated Account Managers responsible to ensure satisfaction in the designated market and ensure that best practices are followed by all the involved stakeholders, intervene as the support POC for the internal and external stakeholders, and guide the Pfizer stakeholders with the correct approach to be followed for their projects and initiatives as per their expertise and experience. Client Engagement & Relationship - Single point of contact for the assigned client contact(s) - Communicate effectively on scope, timelines, processes and driving effective program management. - Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to align and manage expectations acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that all their demands with a focus on improving the customer experience. Program Management - Define the program strategies, coordinate with project managers to implement the strategies and align on deliverables - Oversee collaboration across the internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success - Define success metrics and report overall program performance to project stakeholders and leadership - Adopt Seamless ways of working to bring together content owners, creative owners and reviewers to co-create and test content with a shorter feedback loop Business As Usual (BAU) - Facilitates issue resolutions in case of escalations per defined mechanism - Accountable for stakeholder adoption of Content Factory for Medical Content Enablement Business unit - Closely collaborate with Pfizer Medical Leads and Medical Operation Partners (MOPs) to enable content value chain through repurpose and reuse approach - End to end delivery management of high complexity requests to ensure services are delivered and continually improved to the expected levels - Review existing channel utilization, usage metrics and prepare content modelling as required per market requirement and onboard digital leads - Implementation of new service offerings in the required market to ensure BAU adoptions - Drive Global to Local content creation model - Visualize and design modular strategic approach for each markets and drive content to be developed in modules rather than final asset - Point of contact for any new content modelling implementation in the identified markets (POCs) - Right from content inception to final delivery and define the implementation approach along with CORE team Skills & Experience:Basic Qualification: - Education: Graduate or Postgraduate with MBA or a foreign equivalent - Experience: This position requires 8-10 years of experience in a related position with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, and minimum 5-8 years in pharmaceutical industry - Experience in Digital Marketing/content creation or production (preferably in pharmaceutical industry) - Locally based (New Jersey) with Prior experience working with multiple Stake Holders - Manage Client Relationship, Coordinate with Various AORs and offshore brand team, ensure success of the projects, risk and issue management - Grow Account
    Desired profile: - Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office. - Proficient in problem solving, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management - Must have a deep understanding on content life cycle as well as experience in supporting global pharmaceutical clients - Knowledge and experience in pharma digital marketing, marketing technologies and regulatory landscape is highly desired - Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills - Resourceful, tenacious and capable of being calm and decisive under pressure - Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships - Ability to single handily drive initiatives and manage team's activities - Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities - Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
