Job Description:
Genmab is focused on the creation and development of innovative
and differentiated antibody products, with the aim of improving the
lives of cancer patients.
The Senior Product Manager (SPM), Professional Promotion (Prof
Promo), Hematology will execute the HCP experience launch readiness
plan for Genmab's first US launch in hematology. This critical role
will report directly into the Associate Director of Epcoritamab
Professional Promotion Marketing and be expected to work closely
with the US Marketing Team, the Epcoritamab cross-functional teams,
and Epcoritamab US alliance partners. He/she will execute the HCP
experience strategy for Epcoritamab. Success in role will require
realizing strategic and tactical synergies across indications as
well as leadership of key Follicular Lymphoma (FL) Launch and
pan-indication brand activities. Overall, he/she will be an
important leading contributor to the overall product marketing
team, extended launch teams, cross-functional and alliance
partners.
As a newly created position within Genmab, the SPM, Prof Promo will
have the opportunity to shape key strategies and lead execution of
priority tactical plans to support launch. Success in this role
will require strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, a
collaborative mindset, solid hematology (w/ recent launch)
experience (highly preferred), and a proven track record operating
in an emerging/developing organization. This will be a hands-on
role as functions onboard. This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
--- Shape key strategies, pull through prioritized tactics and live
into the overall brand vision set by Genmab organizational
leadership
--- Seamlessly integrate professional promotion strategies into the
overall product brand plan
--- Manage detailed tactical plans and develop related content to
drive brand and launch readiness goals
--- Partner effectively across HCP, Consumer, and Digital Marketing
to develop and implement cohesive brand campaigns, creative,
positioning and messaging, etc.
--- Effectively translate primary & secondary data into
insight-driven decision making and actionable strategies and
tactics to establish and sustain a competitive marketplace
advantage
--- Track and provide weekly Key Performance Indicator Reports up
through Genmab leadership
--- Work effectively with Genmab sales leadership (and field sales
advisory boards), relevant Genmab functions, and epcoritamab
alliance partners while representing Best for Brand and Genmab
interests
--- Work productively to lead through external agency partners, key
internal stakeholders, and cross functional groups within the
Genmab organization to drive performance results
--- Drive engagement and partnerships with relevant professional
societies and marketing advisory boards
--- Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables
aligned to effective launch readiness
Requirements
--- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree
preferred
--- A minimum of 4 -6 years of professional relevant experience
required
--- Oncology/hematology marketing and/or relevant therapeutic areas
experience highly preferred
--- Deep understanding of pertinent marketing concepts within
pharma/biotech required
--- Recent (ADC, Immuno-Oncology, targeted therapy, personalized
medicine) launch experience highly preferred
--- Experience working in the highly complex, dynamic environment
of an emerging organization preferred
--- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple
projects simultaneously required
--- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial
mind-set and a track record of results
--- Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing
multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization
--- Start-up, emerging pharma, or new team experience preferred
--- Prior joint venture/ co-promote / co-marketing alliance
experience preferred
--- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% required
