Piscataway, New Jersey, United StatesThe Global Supply &
Engineering Services Procurement Manager on our Global Procurement
team will develop best in class global strategic sourcing plans,
lead strategic contract negotiations and handle key internal and
external partnerships to support the Global Supply & Engineering
Services Categories. This includes Capital, Facilities Services,
Real Estate, Construction Services and Maintenance, Repair &
Operations (MROs).Responsibilities:StrategySupport multi year
category strategy and execution plan, including all aspects of
total value, innovation, sustainability, resilience, cost
optimization, automation and speed.Define total value metrics and
tracking methodology for key supplier relationships.Develop cost
models and drive fact based cost forecasts and budget guidance for
led spend.Update annual Category/Supplier Segmentation for Capital,
Facilities Services, Real Estate, construction and MRO, and develop
supplier engagement models accordinglyNegotiate strategic supplier
contracts and support and supervise key global Savings and Growth
initiatives.Achieve or exceed the annual savings goals.Support
Divisional Supply Services teams, elevating any challenges with
global suppliers.Identify and assess category risks,
develop/execute risk mitigation plans.Relationships and
EngagementLead the Global Services Procurement Supply network to
implement category governance, strategic supplier relations and
best practices sharing.Develop and implement positive relationships
with category partners to elevate the procurement role on
delivering against business priorities.Elevate partnerships with
key suppliers to drive innovation, resilience, total value via
customer of choice approach.Lead Strategic supplier Top to top
engagements and drive the Supplier Relationship Management program
with identified supplier partnersInnovation and Continuous
ImprovementDrive innovation, automation and efficiency across led
spend through participation in Industry events, engagement in
benchmarking exercises, and bringing category trends.Develop and
implement any related process improvement in the
category.Contribute to the company's renewable energy and
sustainability initiatives and goals.Digital, Data and
AnalyticsPerform thorough spend analysis, and apply spend analytics
best practices for the categories under responsibility.Be a data
champion and apply analytics to drive strategy and decision
makingActively support the Global Procurement Digital
Transformation.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in
Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related
field.At least 8 years of Manufacturing/Engineering/Supply
Procurement experience.Previous experience managing supplier
relationships, executing and managing supplier programs and
negotiating contracts with one or more of the following:Facilities
management or integrated facilities management (IFM)
suppliers.Capital equipment (CEB) or Original Equipment
manufacturers (OEM) and plant automation suppliers.Plant
construction projects.Leasing contracts of machinery, equipment
(e.g. forklifts) or real estate/land.
Salary Range $107,760 - $141,435 USDPay is based on several non
discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience,
education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary,
