Direct eCommerce group as a Project Manager supporting DTC, B2B2C
and non-commerce digital mini-applications with a focus on Hill's
Pet Nutrition initiatives! The ideal candidate is highly
self-motivated and can work well both independently and within a
team. They are a self-starter that is eager to drive eCommerce and
related digital experience development while contributing to the
Project Management capabilities of the team.This position can be
located in Piscataway, NJ or Topeka, KS.What you will do:Partners
with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, deliverables and
management expectations, both initially and ongoing.Develops
project charters & scope while securing appropriate leadership
approvalEnsures project teams are adequately resourcedIdentifies,
communicates and plans for critical project tasks, including a
strong focus on cross-functional dependenciesManages overall
project timelines, including identification and communication of
critical path itemsAssists in maintaining a well defined roadmap
for digital commerce direct-to-consumer & professional-to-consumer
sites with internal stakeholdersWorks with the Product Management
team to continuously improve product / site management with agile
development processesTests the quality of sites and write test
plans for external testersEnsures site experience and design is
consistent with the Colgate & Hill's brands and legal
requirementsMeets with business leaders and key stakeholders to
define scope and to clarify milestones and goalsContributes to
project definitions, initial assessment of projects, and the
integration of various project suppliers and vendorsPrepares
progress reports for project status to upper management & key
stakeholdersAttends status meetings and update team members about
potential project delaysCoordinate project team members as needed
and answer questions about the expectationsFollows up on open items
and track issuesProject administration and key duties, such as task
planning & resource trackingPerforms other duties as
assignedComplies with all policies and standardsBasic
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information
Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similarAt least 5 years
years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Project
ManagerClear, concise and user-friendly communication skills to
easily transmit your ideas to any audienceStrong motivational and
organizational skillsAbility to work on numerous assignments at one
time with demonstrated follow-through, attention to detail and
commitment to business partnershipComfortable navigating ambiguity
- in business requirements, technology options and project
directionPreferred qualifications:Knowledge of Atlassian tools
(Jira and Confluence, and/or Trello)Experience working on Agile or
Scrum development teams
Salary Range $86,400 - $126,840 USDPay is based on several non
discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience,
education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary,
Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive
