Domain)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Job summary
" Interact with customers, identify their needs, and collaborate on
building their products and services that suit their interests.
" Subject Matter Expert in the Healthcare domain (Govt.
Healthcare), who can work with the customer on their long term
roadmaps and plans, based on their vision.
" Hands on expertise in project/program management and agile best
practices across large and complex engagements.
" Proven experience working in a matrixed environment, managing
multiple stakeholders
" Experience working in long term implementation and migration
engagements
" Ability to streamline engagement delivery, focusing on improving
value to customers.
" Work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing
priorities
" Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts and achieve
results
" Manage engagement goals to achieve customers business outcomes by
managing issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action
items.
" Interface with various customers and internal stakeholders which
consists of senior leadership teams (C-level execs, SVP/VP,
Directors)
" Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and
relationship building skills, across all levels of management.
" Identify new opportunities in the engagement, contributing to
account growth
" Hold internal and external teams accountable, redirect when
needed, and manage customer expectations throughout the
engagement.
" Collaborate on RFPs, Solutioning, Proposal presentations, etc.
focusing on customer needs and outcomes
" Understand technology principles and services including
infrastructure, business applications, data management, data
insights, security, devOps, etc.
" Ability to understand the client relationships, team dynamics,
environmental and cultural nuances and adapt to achieve engagement
success.
" Team player who effectively integrates, motivates, and builds
relationships with cross-functional team members, key stakeholders,
executives, and other individuals
" 20+ years of IT experience
" 5+ Years of subject matter/product owner experience in the
Healthcare domain
" 7+ years Project Management experience leading and delivering
enterprise-level IT engagements in IT Professional Services or
consulting organization supporting Fortune 500 customers.
" 3+ years Program Management /Engagement Management experience
leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple
and concurrent projects
" Managed engagements using both Waterfall and Agile/Iterative
methodologies
" Evidence of on-going education through certifications and
training
" At least one active project management certification (e.g.,PMP,
APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
" Bachelor's Degree in STEM
