Directs and manages overall work efforts of a project team, ensuring proper controls are in place and processes are followed.Responsible for managing portfolios of IT specific products of the greatest complexity and largest scope. Is recognized as an expert within the organization and in-depth and breadth of expertise in own discipline including agile, product management and DevOps practices and values. Collaborates with cross-functional businesses and Digital teams to capture and translate business needs into digital plans and/or roadmaps. Proactively identifies internal and/or external business challenges and regulatory issues, and recommend creative process, product, or service improvements to address unique issues. Demonstrates a strong understanding for financial and business implications and provides appropriate guidance.Authors effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders. Presents message to audiences including team leads. May lead cross-product teams to achieve milestones and objectives. May lead functional teams and cross-product teams through work to achieve outcomes. May directly manage a team of portfolio managers.
