lead the Regulatory Affairs activities within the LMT USA sites to
implement, monitor and maintain all Regulatory Affairs systems and
initiatives.You will be responsible for ensuring Regulatory
Compliance is maintained to all applicable Local, statutory and
Federal Regulations within the USA; and work with the Global team
to ensure compliance with any applicable Global Regulations are met
by the LMT USA sites such as TSCA schemes. You will be the main
contact in the USA for Regulating Bodies, and work with the Global
team to complete any notifications, reporting or registration
requirements as required under any of the Global schemes the
Company operates in. You will have experience working in a US
Export Control (e.g. ITAR) controlled environment. You will be
responsible for compiling and analyzing data and implementing
strategic direction for the USA sites to ensure Compliance is
maintained in all importation, manufacturing and export
transactions, auditing business processes to evidence compliance. -
The ideal candidate will be located in or near Flemington, NJ,

Responsibilities:
- Work safely and comply with all company EHS requirements
- Manage/complete the reporting, notification and registrations
required for commercial and strategic direction/growth projects
related to Compliance activities.
- Monitor and track budgetary requirements to achieve Compliance
activities in budget and to deadlines.
- Ensure external suppliers and sub-contracted processes meet the
Compliance aspects required.
- Contribute to and implement the strategy for the Company in
Compliance activities.Monitor developments in, and address
compliance and risks with, Company, State, Federal and other laws
and guidelines in other regions.
- Work with the Company's Intranet, SharePoint and ERP
systems.
- Liaise with all stakeholders in Compliance related issues.
- Provide Safety Data to internal and external stakeholders (e.g.
Safety Data Sheets, Labels and Safety Reports)
- Preparation and delivery of internal training and updates to
the business on Compliance aspects
- Any other duties within the post holder's competence as

Degree level qualification in
relevant field 5+ years' experience in a Regulatory Management Role
Regulatory experience with ITAR, EAR, Foreign Trade Regulations,
and export classification and a knowledge of OFAC Sanctions
RegulationsExperience in TSCA regulationExperience with
import/export compliance, including customs regulations and
international trade Experience dealing with External Bodies around
compliance mattersExperience of using MS Office; Excel -
Intermediate level e.g. graphs, data analysisWord, Outlook and
PowerPoint - Basic, and SharePoint and SAP highly
beneficialExperience of using Third party Software packages for
reporting to Government BodiesExperience leading projects with many
stakeholders Experience in mentoring and training colleagues in
Compliance activitiesRepresentative in Industry Working
GroupsKnowledge of Quality Management Systems highly
beneficialKnowledge of import and export regulations of other
countries, particularly UK, EU and CanadaExperience addressing
export compliance issues arising from cloud services and enterprise
softwareExperience of working in an industrial or manufacturing
