Job Description:
Work you will do: We are seeking a Project Manager to contribute
to our top emerging biotech client. The Project Manager (PM) will
be responsible for leading a project in support of the clients'
Infrastructure projects. The PM will be responsible for managing
the day-to-day aspects of the project including building the
project schedule and determining resource allocations. It is
expected the PM will drive improvement efforts by identifying
opportunities for improvement, reducing costs, and providing a more
efficient overall solution. It is also required that the PM report
on regional and rollout status, risks/issues, and escalates where
required in accordance with escalation processes.
The Project Manager will become an extension of the client team
working on a private cloud single sign on (SSO) imitative.
What you will do: In this role, you will work closely with the IT
PMO, Business Stakeholders, and Technical Teams, and Vendors to
ensure the project is on track.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proven Project Management experiences in both GxP regulated and
non-GxP environments
- Successful records of delivery using both SDLC and Agile
project management methodologies
- Able to work with a wide group of stakeholders, including IT
teams, 3rd party vendors, project sponsors, business owners,
CyberSecurity, Quality, validation and etc. in a positive and
collaborative manner
- Preferred past experiences in successful implementation of
global IT infrastructure, cloud driven initiatives, SAP S4HANA
solutions.
- Self-motivated and well-organized; able to prioritize tasks and
work well under pressure
- Open style of communication to foster efficient flow of ideas
and build consensus across the project
- Cross-disciplinary understanding of product management,
software development, and quality assurance
- Flexible and adaptable to tools and ways of working
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, conflict
management, collaboration, organizational and critical
thinking
- Capable of communicating with a wide audience of
individuals
- Familiarity with project management software and tools e.g. MS
Project, JIRA, Confluence
- Certificates: PMP(required), PMI-ACP(preferred),
CSM/SSM(preferred)
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- PMP Certification
- Pharmaceutical
- Understanding of project management methodology including
project planning, requirements, estimating, resource management,
scheduling, and risk/issue management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
to establish and maintain positive and productive working
relationships with all team members and stakeholders
- Experience facilitating status meetings and holding team
members accountable for status, deliverables, and timely escalation
of any barriers to success
- Strong negotiation skills to broker conversations and reach
compromises
