Job Description:

• 
  
• Around 8 years of consulting experience, with 4 years of experience in a project management role on GIS or other Enterprise projects in a Consulting firm environment.
  
• Participation in all phases of at least 3 full-lifecycle GIS/ or other enterprise implementations
  
• Strong domain knowledge and delivery experience in scoping, planning, and delivering GIS or other enterprise level projects as a team lead or integration manager. (GIS preferred)
  
• Experience supporting the sales cycle, including responding to Requests for Proposals, presenting at Orals, and contributing to the creation of Statements of Work
  
• Greenfield implementation experience for enterprise platforms
  
• Lead Multiple Project Managers & Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  
• Work with External teams to ensure Govt Mandates are implemented as required and on time

  • Relationship Management-

    • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
      
    • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
      
    • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
      
      
      
    • Executive Reporting
      
      • 
        
      • Focus on continuous improvements and process improvements
        
      • Reporting out the reports/metrics agreed with customer
        
      • Status Reporting to Internal & External Stake holder
        
      • Resource management, grooming and development
        
      • Delivery Escalation Management
        
      • Ensure compliance to mandatory trainings, Security guidelines etc.
        
      • Vendor Management and coordination
        
        
        
      • Financial Management:
        
        • 
          
        • Managing finances and budgets.
          
        • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
          
        • Billing Management, financial review with customer
          
          
          
        • Business Development
          
          • 
            
          • Provide Support for RFPs
