Job DescriptionThe Sr. Manager of Healthcare Insights Strategy & Analytics Innovation will have the opportunity to manage a team that will help build an information business by productizing and commercializing enterprise data and insights to a variety of external stakeholders. They will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues including 2 -5 direct reports, inclusive of Mgrs and individual contributors.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 115,000Maximum: 230,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications1. Seven years of experience of healthcare experience in Pharma, Health Plans, Health Systems/Care Delivery and Public Health/Government is required 2. Technical acumen and leadership to include developing strategy and vision for a highly technical Data, IT and Data Science team, driving towards success.3.
