Supervisory Physician Medical Director Trenton, NJ We are seeking a Part-time Medical Director or Supervisory Physician who can dedicate 15-20 hours monthly, to our practice. Hours can be flexible and vary as your schedule permits. This is a remote, part time position with opportunities to transition to FT should the candidate desire to do so. Physician in this capacity will have primary responsibility to interact with our team of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Medical Assistants and respond to clinical inquiries and provide appropriate guidance serving as their collaborative physician. In this supervisory role you will assist us in ensuring our patients receive excellent care and have a high level of patient satisfaction. Additional duties will include, reviewing and signing patient care plans and mobile testing orders, overseeing compliance and utilization of our practice s clinical care guidelines and care initiatives, conducting periodic chart reviews, interacting with patients and families via phone or telehealth. In this capacity you may assist us in interviewing and onboarding clinical-related candidates, provide input on ways to enhance the overall patient care experience and provide general administrative support in carrying out the objectives of the practice. We work with many referral sources throughout the state including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living Centers, and Independent Living Communities. Our staff services all of New Jersey and accepts Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and all major commercial insurance. Qualifications:

• A Doctor in Medicine (MD) or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine recognized by national medical regulatory bodies in the United States
• Board certified in internal or family or geriatric medicine
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in direct patient care. Experience in home health care or Geriatrics a plus
• Comfortable in a leadership role
• Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy policies
• Comfortable with EMR platforms such as Athena Health and various patient engagement technologies including telehealth
  • Working knowledge of primary care reimbursement and coding
  • Licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey Schedule:
    • Remote position
