Position: Application Release Management (ARM)
Bill Rate: $62/hr (No deviation please)

Location: Princeton NJ (Onsite)

Duration : 6 Months



Roles & Responsibilities Application Release Management (ARM) Support Services -



- Experience in Creating Onboarding the new PDTs) and new users and configure application development, build, test, scan, distribution, and deployment environments

- Perform build dependency related activities: Validation of external approvals or internal build dependencies, troubleshooting build job when issues arise, Building server updates and template creation and/or modification

- Knowledge on software quality assurance (SQA), and user acceptance testing (UAT) ns & Validation

- Having Experience on specific tool: Snow and able to handle Snow Tickets

- Create build engine and definitions, and dependency manager and resolve related issues for AIS and GIS PDTs

- Able to Monitor and address alerts related to Dynatrace and Splunk Tool

- ITSM Certified & able to monitor ARM deployment queues in the applicable ITSM tool

- Knowledge area on JClientz Team Server, Cloud Bees - Cloud Bees Jenkins Enterprise, GitHub

- GitHub Enterprise Server, UCD - Urban Code Deploy, SonarQube - Data Center, Xray for Jira, Confluence

- JFrog Artifactory setup, configuration, version upgrade and patches installation, and migrations to cloud (via an on prem or SAAS model, as determined by State Street). For sake of clarity, Service Provider will be responsible for support and maintenance for such migration to the cloud

- Managing Virtual and remote repositories creation and administration for each site

- Plug-In installation and integration with other tools

- User Access control by integration with LDAP/Crowd/SAML/SSO

- Managing Backups and analyzing replication issues

- Manage storage quota, Validation of Database Maintenance

- Cloud Bees Jenkins setup, configuration, version upgrade and patches installation, and migrations to cloud (via an on prem or SaaS model, as determined by State Street). For sake of clarity.Service Provider will be responsible for support and maintenance for such migration to the cloud

- Managing Cloud Bees Jenkins Master and Slaves (Jenkins s operation control / Jenkins controllers and Jenkins build nodes)

- SonarQube Datacenter Edition setup, configuration, version upgrade and patches installation

- SonarQube version upgrade

- Creation of new quality profiles and quality gates

- User access control by integration with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)

- Managing the cluster, load balancer and database server

- Plugin installation and integration with other tools

- Working along with SonarQube Vendor support team for issues

- RTC setup, configuration, version upgrade and patches installation

- RDZ/IDZ client installs, support and upgrades

- Workflow and template customization

- Creation of custom fields, custom dashboards, filter creation

- Integration with other tools by installing plug-ins

- Creating and configuring a new project and providing access permissions

- Understanding application related logs and troubleshooting

- UCD setup, configuration, version upgrade and patches installation

- Relay servers, client installs, support and upgrades

- Runtime client installations and co-ordination

- Workflow and template customization

- Creation of custom fields, custom dashboards, filter creation

- Creating and configuring a new project and providing access permissions

- Understanding application related logs and troubleshooting

- Configuration of custom field schemes, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes

- Working along with Service Provider support team for issues

- Installation and upgradation of XRAY plug-in on the JIRA server

- Integration with other CICD tools for automation of test cases

- Working along with XRAY support team for issues

- Atlassian sites and products (JIRA, Confluence, Xray and all current and future add-on marketplace
