As part of Jacobs Corporate Finance team, youll join a group of strategic-focused professionals with a goal to ensure success of the companys financial systems. Youll be the primary point of contact, system advocate and subject matter expert for the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications at Jacobs. Youll maintain, provide governance, test, troubleshoot and administer processes as a systems liaison to support the business. This will include actively monitoring, performing validations and troubleshooting across application integration points. Youll also ensure business-as-usual operation of the production environment including escalation of issues to IT-DBA teams, Oracle Support and/or opening SRs when needed. Youll be the subject matter expert (SME) for EPM applications at Jacobs, including but not limited to: + Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FCCS + Enterprise Planning and Budget Cloud (EPBCS) + Financial Data Quality Management EE/Data Management Well rely on you to build relationships with Corporate Accounting, FP&A and other key stakeholders, working in partnership with IT/ERP teams to support the financial systems. Understanding the business will be critical, in order to identify enhancement and efficiency opportunities to the EPM suite and proactively take the steps necessary to see them through to production. Youll remain current on the latest EPM/Hyperion technology and release notes in anticipation of future business needs and/or to improve productivity and business user capabilities. Opportunities to learn and grow will come as you cross-train with other members of the EPM team and participate in cross-functional projects, representing Corporate Finance as the SME for the EPM suite. Youll also regularly and successfully: + Maintain and troubleshoot business rules, data load procedures and automation scripts. + Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps for the EPM applications. + Mitigate risk, advocate for application best practices, host user training and assist users. + Manage application requests for change and new enhancements which may include hosting discovery meetings to define requirements with business/technical teams. + Evaluate technical designs, develop and coordinate application of unit/SIT/acceptance testing to ensure controlled release to production environment. The base salary range for this position is $104,500 to $251,100. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations [add if remote]. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Heres What Youll Need:** + Bachelors degree in MIS, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science or related field + Professional administration experience with Hyperion v11.1X/EPM Cloud/Essbase + Consulting experience or minimum (2) implementations on-premise/cloud + Proficient with multi-dimensional cube designs (ASO or BSO) while considering best practices, tuning & performance optimizations + Experience with financial close /consolidations/ planning-forecasting business process + Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Smart View + Experience with system governance to include both establishing policy and enforcing + US Citizenship Ideally, Youll Also Have Experience With: + EPBCS, including Workforce and Projects modules + Hyperion security models, not limited to Shared Services Reporting concepts Hyperion Financial + Reporting, Smart View, Forms, Grids, etc + Calc Manager, development of custom business rules, MAXL scripting, Groovy, etc + Custom integration design experience using FDM Classic/EE/Data Management, Essbase load rules, ODI + SQL, Visual Basic scripting, lights-out/batch process control _At Jacobs, were challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the worlds most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.
