background. Purpose: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic
individual to join our team as Lead Product Management, OTC to
manage the product lifecycle and portfolio of our OTC products;
develop marketing and promotional plans; and execute pricing
strategies and retailer-initiated marketing programs. The incumbent
will regularly research the market for business opportunities; plan
and monitor budgets and track sales targets. Based in Princeton, NJ
(Hybrid work schedule), the role will report to Team Lead OTC Store
Brands Marketing Responsibilities:--- Interact with Sales/customers
to understand demand drivers and product inputs. Develop market
pricing strategy for all OTC products to ensure fiscal targets are
achieved and retailer-specific pricing models are successfully
developed --- Gather information on products, customers, and
competitors; track market shares and pricing trends and provide
market intelligence to relevant teams --- Prepare launch strategies
for new product launches: annual plans highlighting financial and
revenue projections; forecasts to Supply Chain team; identify new
customers/territories to target and establish market share based on
target customers; pricing strategies to achieve fiscal targets---
Provide inputs on new products/markets and participate in
discussions on prioritization when needed; monitor market for
pending Rx-to OTC-switches--- Prepare promotional materials,
customer presentations, and merchandising aids to support the sales
team for critical customers to ensure that marketing materials for
all products and retailer-initiated marketing programs are per
planned timelines and budgets Qualifications / Skills:---
Bachelor's degree in marketing (MBA preferred) with 5-10 years of
CPG experience in the pharmaceutical industry; OTC experience
preferred--- Understanding of the OTC pharmaceuticals industry---
Understanding of retailer business / distribution process ---
Strong interpersonal, negotiation & networking skills --- Ability
to prioritize and manage multiple projects --- Strong business
acumen with strong analytical mindset--- Organizationally aware and
agileMust be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or
otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring
sponsorship now or in the future.COVID-19 VaccinationGetting
