The new data AI & Digital team, in R&D Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), focuses on driving the R&D AI & Digital projects from idea through Proof of Concept, Pilot into Scale. We work closely with Data Science and AI, R&D and IT.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Intern to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience working on project management and wants to contribute to our pipeline of AI projects. The successful candidate will collaborate across R&D and Digital teams to the development, implementation, and optimization of AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Support the R&D Portfolio and Project Management AI Task Force
Key Responsibilities include:Organizing the PPM AI Task Force meetings
Organizing PPM AI Task Force prompts & distribution channels
Scoping and driving PPM AI Task Force projects.
Document project processes, results, and insights for stakeholders


Engage in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Communication, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or other relevant field.
High interest in AI
Organized, outcome driven and looking to learn more about Project Management
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management experience is a plus
