Integrated Digital Channel Deployment, is a key position on the WW
Integrated Content Delivery team. The Director- Digital channels
will develop and oversee an integrated digital experience for
Commercial websites (primary), emails, messaging programs, podcasts
for BMS worldwide. This role is responsible for the strategy,
development, and direction of our web channels and other digital
channels, which will include the roadmaps, standards, op models and
training to deliver a digital presence that our brands/ markets can
leverage and create a competitive differentiation. Key
ResponsibilitiesWW Integrated Digital Channel Deployment defines,
builds, and supports the WW Website Engagement strategy to help
drive customer engagement with BMS via the web, providing a
seamless, consistent, and optimized experience across multiple
digital platforms (desktop, mobile etc.). This role also has a
process oversight into additional channels like home office emails,
one way messaging, podcasts, chat and other digital related
channels.
- Business ownership of relevant platforms and channels used for
content deployment and customers engagement.
- Ensuring content to customers across multiple digital devices
for products, campaigns, services etc.
- Responsible for the roadmap, standards, processes, training,
change management of the web capabilities and support the other
digital channels as the business POC
- Ensuring the web content is up to standard and consistent with
organization approach.
- Partnership with other channel deployment leads to drive
adoption and performance of the home office emails and messaging,
podcast channels, and personalization technologies across the
channels.
- Facilitate the content creation and approval process with
established standards, templates, and best practices.
- Drive customer engagement with the brand through user friendly
web platforms and through seamless integration with other
capabilities like WW Reg, Live chat, social share, podcast, one way
messaging, emails etc.
- Business product owner of the Build Easy platform including
strategy, development & direction of our worldwide website
capabilities team through creation of standards, roadmap, op models
and platforms.
- Creates and partners in execution of innovative and effective
digital delivery capabilities and strategies that can be leveraged
companywide.
- Identifies key connection points across matrix partners
(Brands, Markets, Engagement Planners, Medical, BI&A,
Commercial, Clinical Trials, IT, procurement, business, legal,
medical, regulatory (MLR), compliance and others) to help
facilitate the well thought out execution of initiatives.
- Partner closely and lead with other internal and external teams
to ensure organizational alignment and to drive efficiency
companywide- aligning with enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Extensive experience and subject matter expertise - Interface
with various levels of leadership educate/ evangelize them on
available capabilities and drive alignment on path forward for
their business.
- Local Market digital channel customizations
- Build market specific capabilities for key international
markets.
- Drive thought leadership on impact of omni-channel capabilities
(web and other channels) to international markets and enable future
enhancements and evolution.
- Enable blend on standardized vs. customized web templates to
international markets.Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in leading omni-channel touchpoints, understanding
of digital channels - web, home office emails, SMS, one way
messaging, personalization technologies.
- Deep experience in web related technologies
- Bachelor's degree required or graduate degree preferred
- Significant experience interfacing with different levels of
organization
- Experience in omni-channel capabilities
- Proven ability in managing digital agencies, capability
vendors, and cross-functional support teams.
- Demonstrated excellence in operational effectiveness.
- Proven track record of coordinating and collaboration across
multiple teams to prioritize varying business objectives and drive
action to meet business requirements; recognized as an influential
leader with credibility in conflict management and expectation
management.
- Proven track record of planning, prioritizing, and driving new
omni-channel capabilities within a complex organization.
- Development/execution through effective project management and
internal negotiation skills to build consensus, resolve conflicts
and manage expectations.
- 15+ years in project/program management
- Experience and knowledge of navigating the
Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process in new omni-channel
capabilities.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
preferred.
- Experience working with commercial and medical/R&D business
partners preferred.
