they're doing!Job Description Summary:We are looking for a customer
centric, motivated and positive Customer Success Manager to join
our Customer Success Management team. As a Rocket Customer Success
Manager, you work cross functionally to engage and optimize our
customer interactions and assisting our customers to meet their
goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in engaging with
our customers to ensure they are getting the maximum value from
their Rocket investments, tracking successes and regularly
reviewing their business needs. This is a tremendous opportunity to
impact our CS organization as we strive to meet our growth goals
for customer renewals and expansion, but also provides a unique
opportunity to help shape and contribute to the growth and
optimization of our team. Spanish and Portuguese are
required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Research and understand product usage for assigned
customers
- Begin to take ownership and coordination of Customer Risks and
follow up actions
- Work within the Gainsight platform to ensure all customer
inputs are addressed
- Learn about Rocket's products, customer base and processes
- Coordinating cross-functional teams within Rocket to provide
for our Customer's needs and foster positive experiences
- Begin to develop follow up for customer relationship building
and develop an understanding of our customers business in relation
to their usage of Rocket products.Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management,
Business Development or another customer facing role.'
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Portuguese and Spanish language skills
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales,
Marketing, Product, Support)

- Mainframe backgroundThe base salary range for this role is
$73,253.00 - $91,566.50 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on
skills, experience, and location..What Rocket Software can offer
