As a Rocket Customer Success Manager, you work cross functionally to engage and optimize our customer interactions and assisting our customers to meet their goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers to ensure they are getting the maximum value from their Rocket investments, tracking successes and regularly reviewing their business needs. This is a tremendous opportunity to impact our CS organization as we strive to meet our growth goals for customer renewals and expansion, but also provides a unique opportunity to help shape and contribute to the growth and optimization of our team. Spanish and Portuguese are required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Research and understand product usage for assigned customers
  • Begin to take ownership and coordination of Customer Risks and follow up actions
  • Work within the Gainsight platform to ensure all customer inputs are addressed
  • Learn about Rocket's products, customer base and processes
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams within Rocket to provide for our Customer's needs and foster positive experiences
  • Begin to develop follow up for customer relationship building and develop an understanding of our customers business in relation to their usage of Rocket products.Required Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or another customer facing role.'
    • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
    • Portuguese and Spanish language skills
    • Strong executive presence and communication skills
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support)
