'new' Sandoz!As the Associate Director, Commercial and Alliance
Partnerships you will:
- Support strategically important partnerships by developing and
maintaining strong relationships with Commercial and BD&L
partners for the US Market
- Execute against the organizations objectives by participating
in the management of alliances to enhance the value of the
relationship and manage partnership risks.
- Participate in due diligence, build network of contacts,
oversee evaluation of partnerships at multiple levels (SWAT, ITE,
DD).
- Support negotiations and structuring of transactions (e.g.
Private Label, license deals, out license, co-development
arrangements, divestments etc.), and take part in drafting
contracts and amendments to contracts.
- Carry out day to day project management for projects relating
to Commercial and Alliance Partnerships, including the
prioritization of activities and support the prioritization of
projects against strategic priorities.
- Manage Sandoz stakeholders, present to internal leadership
teams and drive internal consensus on opportunities.
- Support the formal partnership governance process.
- Adhere to review process to ensure quality and consistency of
the management of all activities in accordance with process
guidelines.What you'll bring to the roleRequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor's degreeExperience/Qualifications:
- 5 years+ of pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
experience, some of which has been in BD&L or Alliance
Management roles
- Experience should encompass more than one functional area (e.g.
product development, regulatory affairs, product management,
marketing, business, development, finance, investment banking,
consulting etc.).
- Proven experience in forecasting and competitive dynamics in
the pharmaceutical industry
- Basic understanding in financial analysis and product P&L
modelingTravel Requirements

- MBA degreePosition Location:This position will be located at
the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site and will not have the
ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local
candidates not requiring relocation.Sandoz offers a generous

policy that combines a mix of in-person and remote work to allow

our associates and the business. The pay range for this position at
commencement of employment is expected to be between $152,600 to
$283,400 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from
1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may
necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further,
final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including,
but not limited to geographical location, experience level,
knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package
for this position may also include other elements, including a
sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in
addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other
benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off
benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave),
dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in
these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an
offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will
position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary
(as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation
program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual
performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and
