Its Supply Chain Optimization capability is provided for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies products. Acting on behalf of Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical operating companies, the GRO team is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant participation in base and supplemental Medicaid, Medicare Part D Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) and state pharmaceutical assistance rebate programs. The GRO team is relied upon to provide oversight on all issues relating to rebate analysis and payments, adjudication of such payments on a timely basis and resolution of any disputes on rebate claims. Additionally, GRO develops and implements agreed upon rebate policies and advises Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical operating companies on strategic and operational issues pertinent to Federal and state rebate programs. THE MEDICAID ANALYST, GOVERNMENT REBATE OPERATIONS WILL: - Report to the Team Lead, Medicaid Operations and will oversee critical operational aspects of Medicaid Payments. - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in relation to state processing and is required to stay fully informed of any new regulatory or Government rule changes as it relates to States and Medicaid. - Partner with State and/or PBA agencies to efficiently & accurately process multiple types of invoices; including but not limited to State Medicaid, State Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs (SPAP), State Supplemental, ADAP and Managed Medicaid across nine Johnson & Johnson companies, over 285 products and 50 States & DC., and including analyzing any State resubmissions and price changes from J&J companies. - Perform detailed data validation and reporting, creation and maintenance of supporting documentation, including SOPs and Work Instructions. - Manage various business activities supporting the overall GRO team, including compliance audits and supporting various contract-related activities as required, including analyzing ad hoc data requests and reporting.
