RN/ LPN Unit Manager

Full time days, 24/7 Responsibilities. Weekend rotation every 6-7 weeks is required

Come join the team at Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation, a 131 post acute care facility in Trenton. Minimum 2 yrs experience. The facility is a 45 bed unit vs standard 60 bed units and there is a quality driven team that achieved well above average State survey results and a 5 STAR Clinical Quality Measures rating!

Responsibilities of RN/LPN Unit Manager:

• Coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care to adult residents with the resident focused care management model
• Guide and direct the activities of the CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
• Help the residents reach their maximum possible state of health and well-being
  Requirements of RN/LPN Unit Manager:
  
  
  • Current New Jersey Licensed (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 1+ Year Nursing Supervisor / Nursing Manager Required
  • 3+ Year Nursing Supervisor / Nursing Manager Preferred
  • One (1) year work experience as an RN / LPN, in a long-term care setting preferred
