have accountability as the WW Medical Oncology, Medical Portfolio
Strategy & Alignment Associate Director, reporting to WW Medical
Oncology- Head of Medical Markets & Portfolio Strategy & Alignment.
He/she will work in close collaboration with WW Medical Oncology
leads and Medical Matrix Teams to map, coordinate and track
activities (medical deliverables, workstream, priorities, etc.)
within WW Medical Oncology to enable optimal prioritization,
timing, resource allocation across the
department.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates instruments to support optimal tracking of WW Medical
Portfolio Strategy to continuously monitor and refine the
allocation and optimization of resources, strategic priorities, and
deliverables across WW Medical Oncology to ensure flawless
execution of WW Medical activities.
- Facilitate evolve, develop and implement processes to support
successful development and execution of Oncology Portfolio Strategy
by using unified approach across WW Medical Oncology to address
identified gaps
- Track and monitor the execution of global medical plans and
provide strategic direction to the stakeholders of the Medical
Matrix Teams, including the Medical Markets, to ensure global
alignment and meet the strategic objectives and implementation
milestones for the medical plans
- Partner with and facilitate appropriate engagement within the
WW Medical Oncology, Medical Markets and cross-functional Matrix to
develop, implement and track the Oncology Portfolio Strategy and
support optimal execution of priority programsREQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEMD, PhD, and PharmD preferred with at
least 5 years' experience required. Prior industry experience in
Oncology Medical affairs/Medical Strategy, Clinical Research or
related experience is preferred. The successful candidate must be
highly professional with excellent relationship-building, and
communication skills, including the ability to lead across
functions and teams without authority. Ability to work at high
strategic level with acute deep understanding of different inner
work within medical to effectively bridge across functional teams
to align and optimize WW Medical Oncology Portfolio Strategy.
He/she must have experience working in multi-functional project
team and managing external agencies.Skills and Abilities:
