PURPOSEThe PMM Coordinator provides operational support for the timely planning and execution of the marketing promotional material review. This role will support the broader PMM team by completing necessary tasks that will enable the process to operate. These tasks include, but are not limited to, QC of job submissions, assessing outcomes, uploading supporting files, developing review agendas, and finalization of Compliance copies.RELATIONSHIPSDirectly reports to Manager-PMM. Works closely in collaboration with the cross functional PMM team. May interact with other stakeholders including Advocates, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, Medical Information, Product Safety, Vendors in the effort to guide timely review and final approval of promotional materials, and collection of commercial assets.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS--- Works with PMM team to manage the flow of promotional materials through the workflow system following the process and timelines outlined in the Promotional Materials Review Process SOP--- Triage submissions to ensure compliance with established standards, and interact with advocates and agencies submitting materials to rectify any discrepancies--- Support manager and specialist in building meeting agendas--- Routes material in workflow system to appropriate task owners--- Coordinates Proof-reader review of material prior to approval for production--- Monitors progress of materials throughout the workflow system and troubleshoots bottlenecks in system--- Supports tracking and routing of 24-month review with manager and colleagues as re-reviews are planned.--- Participates in the daily activities related to all promotional materials flowing through the PRB process.--- Supports the collection and uploads of commercial assets into the digital asset management system--- Support tasks related to asset management, including QC, data verification, reapprovalQUALIFICATIONS--- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, internship or Co-op experience preferred--- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.--- Ability to interact with all levels within and outside of the organization--- Ability to work independently on tasks or projects which support the function--- Excellent planning and organizational skills required--- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and demands--- Requires strong Microsoft Office skills--- Must possess demonstrated skills in PC applications, typically involving new/emerging technologies such as on-line databases, optical technology, intranet/internet, and computer software programs specific to the function.--- Strong customer service skills requiredCore CompetenciesDemonstrates values-based competencies in line with the core values that are the foundation of all activities performed by employees in order to achieve the Mission of the Company:Seek Understanding o Seek to understand the thoughts and feelings of self and otherso Manage self and stay calm even under pressureo Demonstrate empathy and take care of otherso Display an inclusive mindset and respect the diversity in othersBuild Teams o Ensure a health, engaging and inclusive work environmento Build trust and relationships across functions and cultureso Recognize and motivate teams for high performanceo Inspire and support others through times of changeAccelerate Development o Actively coach and provide feedbacko Ensure on-going dialogue about performance and developmento Provide challenging opportunities to foster growtho Identify and develop diverse talents and successorsSet Direction o Communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgencyo Translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear prioritieso Make bold decisions and take risko Seek new and innovative solutionsDrive Outcomes o Demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to changeso Hold self and others accountableo Delegate and empower others to take actiono Keep things simple and eliminate unnecessary complexityJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Princeton, NJ 08540: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s): Are you currently employed full-time?
