Registered Nurse 7pm - 7am - Every Other Weekend$10,000 SIGN ON BONUSWe provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term or long-term care. At the Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, we have a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate team who cares for our residents. The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure our residents are provided with routine daily nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director or designee to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.Responsibilities:Responsible to supervise nurses and aides for Long Term Care facilityWork with the facility's Director of Nurses and Assistant and implement recommended changes as requiredSee residents and monitor resident care and report changes to the Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)Assess newly admitted or readmitted residents and document in the 24 - hour report. Follow up on residents as neededMonitor nursing staff to ensure proper documentation on MARs, nurses notes, accident/ incident reports, physician's orders and treatment recordsLiaison between nursing staff and attending physicians. Assess the necessity of calls to the physicians. Assess the necessity of calls to the physicians during off business hoursChecks to see that all supplies are in proper place and all equipment is functioningRequirements for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor:Minimum 1 yr Supervisory experience in LTCRequired license or certification for Nursing Supervisor: NJ RN Nursing License
