Pay Range $ 36.75 - $41.75hr

• 
  
• Provides clinical healthcare services including: Medical Surveillance, Nursing care for Injuries and illnesses which includes responding to onsite medical emergencies, Case Management of Occupational Injuries and Illness.
  
• Supporting compliance associated with occupational health at the locations they support including, compliance with applicable OSHA regulations and record keeping and Company Global Health standards.
  
• Drives increased health outcomes including reducing population health risks, managing and eliminating workplace health risks and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and well being.
  
• Provides various preventive health evaluations and tests in accordance with Global Health policies and protocols.
  
• Maintains accurate clinical records, utilizing approved medical, nursing and statistical formats, including use of an Electronic Medical Record.
  
• Maintains and cultivates a safe working environment.
  
• Acquires knowledge of the occupational hazards and treatment for exposures for assigned locations.
  
• Partners with other members of the Global Health team as well as Human Resources, Safety and management partners to encourage an integrated team approach to solving problems.
  
• A minimum of a bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional nurse is required.
  
• ER experience preferred.
  
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
  
• Experience with Electronic medical Records (EMR), Outlook, and Microsoft Excel is required.
  
• Phlebotomy skills required.
  
• Working knowledge of regulatory areas; i.e.; ADA, OSHA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, STD/LTD is preferred.
  
• Case Management experience is preferred.
  
• Strong interpersonal and people skills required including the ability to motivate, cooperate and work effectively with others, and build partnerships with various departments.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
