Hackensack Meridian Carrier Clinic is the leader in specialized behavioral health care in New Jersey. Carrier Clinic is a 296-bed dedicated Behavioral Health hospital. Carrier Clinic's campus includes Blake Recovery Center, a nationally recognized inpatient addiction treatment center, East Mountain Lodge, an adolescent and teen residential treatment program for ages 13-18 with psychiatric and/or emotional difficulties and East Mountain School, a special education school for adolescents challenged by behavioral or psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilties: Environmental Services - Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Maintains all floors surfaces
• Performs cleaning operations throughout the work day under specific instructions with little need for individual judgment in working out job problems
• Works with frequent contact with water and cleaning solutions
• Moves furniture as required
• Replaces shower curtains as needed
• Collects linen and disposes of same linen in laundry chute The Food Service Responsibilities:
  • Providing great customer service to our staff, residents, visitors and team members
  • Responding to requests in a timely manner
  • Communicates time sensitive information to Dietitian
  • Setting up and taking down dining areas
  • Assisting with kitchen maintenance and general cleaning
  • Taking inventory of kitchen supplies and food items
  • Preparing and serving meals, snacks and beverages
  • Deliver dishes and trays at designated times to rooms and onsite facilities
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times Qualifications: Food Service:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • To work every weekend
    • To work five (5) out of six (6) holidays
    • To work rotating schedule/shifts based on needs Environemtal Services - Housekeeping:
      • Ability to follow instructions
