Our dental office is looking for a Patient Treatment Coordinator that can join us in taking amazing care of patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming new patients into the practice, and getting to know their wants/needs
• Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
• Creating and presenting treatment plans based on patients' dental needs and dental insurance
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Maintaining a full doctor schedule
• Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately
• Various office duties as assigned by Practice Manager
• Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years experience in a healthcare office
  • Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary
  • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
