Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing nursing team in Trenton, NJ. As a pediatric RN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing in our pediatric unit to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our patients: administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the patients vitals.This position is full time working 7-5pm (4 days a week).
