We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for critical care nursing and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.*Job Details:** *$2,300 - $2,370** Night Shift* 7:00p - 7:00a* 36 hours a week* Opportunity for an extension*Responsibilities*- Monitor and assess patients in the ICU- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans- Operate and monitor medical equipment- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation*Qualifications*- Valid New Jersey or compact License- Previous experience in ICU or critical care setting preferred- Strong knowledge of ventilator management, infection control, and emergency procedures- Ability to phlebotomize, perform EKGs, and assist with various medical procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situationsIf you are a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of critically ill patients, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity in our ICU.
