DescriptionPurpose of the Position:The palliative care NP at
Bellevue Hospital Center works in collaboration with our dynamic
growing interdisciplinary team on our active palliative care
consultation service to deliver high quality palliative care and
health care services to patients in the inpatient setting. Our
inpatient service includes consultations across the hospital and
service to patients on the Serenity Unit, our 4 bed End-of-life
care unit. NP will see patient consultations independently,
coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, manage palliative
care services, interact with other clinical teams, patients and
their families to ensure goal concordant care and excellent symptom
