Neurology Interventional Radiology Technologist - (251836)Primary function is to deliver high quality patient care while producing diagnostic radiographs, and performing and/or assisting physicians in interventional/invasive procedures. Maintains records, films and paperwork. Prepares, maintains and operates radiologic and special procedure equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following appropriate radiation safety guidelines.EducationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)Non Degree Program : Graduate from a two-year AMA approved radiologic technology program. (Required)ExperienceGeneral Experience in special studies and angiography (Required)General Experience dedicated to VIR (Preferred)License/CertificationsRT(R) - Reg Technologist (R) (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)RT(VI) - Reg Technologist (VI) (Preferred)RT(CV) - Reg Technologist (CV) (Preferred)This is for a Neurology Interventional Radiology Technologist Full-Time Day Shift Position. This position requires weekday and weekend call rotation. Must have current ARRT/RT and current BLS.
