Elmhurst, NY 11373 Schedule: 4:00 PM-12:00 AM(37.5 hours/week; 7.5
hours/day; 5 days/week) Start Date: July 9, 2025 Contract Duration
: 13 weeks Pay Rate: $60.00-$62.00 per hour on W2 Job Summary: we
are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist - Radiographer to
join the Radiology Diagnostic Department. The selected candidate
will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic
procedures in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory
standards, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis and
treatment. Key Responsibilities: Operate diagnostic imaging
equipment (X-ray) to produce high-quality radiographs. Prepare and
position patients in accordance with standard protocols. Ensure
patient safety and comfort during procedures. Maintain accurate
patient records and imaging logs. Assist in maintaining equipment
and supplies in the radiology department. Follow infection control
and radiation safety guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and
medical staff to provide diagnostic images for clinical evaluation.
Required Qualifications: License: Valid Radiologic Technologist
license issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH)
NYSDOH Licensing Info Certification: ARRT certification in
Radiography Verify Credentials Experience: Minimum of 2 year of
general radiographer experience Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS)
