Contract Local Contract Only Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a
dedicated and experienced NICU Nurse for a 13-week full-time
contract position at a health system in Hopewell, New Jersey .
Position Title: NICU RN – 8-Week Contract Shift: Night Shift (7:00
PM – 7:30 AM) Every Other Weekend & Holiday EMR: Cerner Contract
Details: Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
Position Summary: The NICU RN delivers high-quality, safe, and
compassionate care to neonatal patients by utilizing the nursing
process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and
evaluation. This role requires collaboration, critical thinking,
and strong communication skills to support both patients and their
families throughout the continuum of care. Deliver patient care in
accordance with clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
Develop and implement individualized discharge plans, including
medication education and follow-up care. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve complex
cases. Participate in unit-level performance improvement, readiness
for accreditation, and patient satisfaction efforts. Minimum 2
