Position Highlights: Setting: 30-bed Level III NICU Daily Census: ~17 patients Annual NICU Admissions: 400 Deliveries Annually: ~4,000 Coverage Model: Combination of 24-hour in-house shifts 10-hour day shifts Advanced Services: HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation) Nitric Oxide Therapy Therapeutic Hypothermia Team Structure: Work alongside 6 other experienced Neonatologists Teaching Role: Mentor Family Practice residents and observational students OB/GYN residency program launching summer 2025 Collaborative Culture: Partner with pediatricians, obstetricians, and other specialists in a true team-based model Location Perks – Why Pennington?
