Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) Float Pool, Per Diem - Employment
Type: Local, On-Site, Per Diem RN - Start Date: November 18, 2025 -
Duration: 26 weeks (potential for extension) - Minimum Commitment:
2 shifts per month - Hourly Pay Rate: $81.84 - Estimated Weekly
Salary Range: $660 - $690 - Scrub Policy: Any color scrubs (clean
and neat required) - Flu Immunization: Mandatory unless medically
exempt with documentation - Cancellation Policy: 2-hour notice RN
Qualifications and Requirements - Minimum 2 years of recent nursing
experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting - Active New
Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at time of
application) - Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications -
Ability to float between hospital units as needed - Excellent
communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills Registered
Nurse Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality, compassionate
nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit -
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
plans in collaboration with the healthcare team - Monitor patient
conditions, recognize changes, and report promptly to physicians
and clinical staff - Administer medications and treatments
according to physician orders and hospital protocols - Accurately
document all aspects of patient care in the electronic health
record (EHR) - Float to various clinical units within the hospital
as required by staffing needs - Maintain a safe, clean, and
organized work environment in compliance with healthcare standards
