Emergency Department (ED) Float Nurse Pennington, NJ 08 weeks 36
Hours Night-(7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) ? Unit Description: The Emergency
Department (ED) Float Nurse will be part of the ER Float Pool,
providing essential nursing care across all four campuses'
Emergency Departments. This role requires flexibility and
adaptability to meet the diverse needs of each ED. Additional
Information: Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: 36 hours per week,
7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday
Requirement: Every other holiday Experience Required: Minimum of 2
years of current Emergency Department experience Required
Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Basic
Life Support (BLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) National
Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale Certification Scrub Color:
Navy Blue Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Cerner Licensure:
New Jersey/Compact Nursing License required at the time of
submission. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care
to patients in the Emergency Department. Assess, plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Float to various campuses as needed, demonstrating flexibility and
adaptability. Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and
procedures. Qualifications: Current NJ/Compact Nursing License.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department
setting. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under
pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. TB_HC
