Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 11/24/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel X-Ray Technologist - 13-Week Contract Schedule This position involves a night shift from Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There will be no on-call duties and no shifts on Friday or Saturday. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to support accurate patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional patient care, and strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities Perform accurate patient positioning, equipment setup, and image acquisition. Ensure compliance with National Patient Safety Goals and departmental standards. Maintain detailed patient records, including clinical history and symptoms. Educate patients on procedures, address questions, and provide compassionate care. Assist physicians with fluoroscopic and invasive radiological procedures. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure adequate inventory. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Certificate or advanced training in Radiologic Technology from a JRCERT-accredited program; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of radiography experience required (2-3 years preferred). ARRT Registry in Radiography (or registry-eligible). NJDEP X-Ray License. Current CPR/BLS certification for healthcare providers. Proficiency in diagnostic imaging techniques and patient care; knowledge of C-Arm operation required. Why ARMStaffing?
