Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical
Nutrition Manager to lead our nutrition department within
healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will manage and
coordinate all aspects of clinical nutrition services that are
consistent with our commitment to excellence and innovation. This
role involves effectively managing the nutrition care services and
integrating them with other medical and healthcare services to
improve patient outcomes. Plan, organize, and direct the
nutritional programs and activities in the healthcare facility.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with
regulatory requirements and support optimal patient care. Supervise
and mentor a team of dietitians and nutrition staff, facilitating
continuing education and professional growth. Evaluate the
effectiveness of nutritional care and modify interventions based on
patient responses and clinical indicators. Collaborate with other
healthcare providers to coordinate medical and nutritional needs to
improve patient health outcomes. Manage the departmental budget and
resources, ensuring cost-efficient and effective use of resources.
Participate in research and stay updated with the latest trends and
best practices in clinical nutrition. Strong leadership and team
management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. In-depth knowledge of disease-related malnutrition and the
role of nutrition in disease management. Proficiency in nutrition
assessment and care planning. Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary health team environment. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) licensed by
the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Certified Nutrition
Support Clinician (CNSC) preferred.
