Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Local Contract We are seeking a Operations Manager with specialized experience in compounding infusion chemotherapy and a strong business acumen to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical care, optimizing therapy benefits, and maintaining operational excellence across Oncology and GI/Endocrinology services. Job Function: /n - Develop and manage workflows to ensure strong operational support for clinical and infusion departments. /n - Partner with clinical teams to ensure safe and effective medication verification and dispensing. /n - Oversee drug authorization processes to confirm coverage by third-party payers, including financial analysis of benefit plans. /n - Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient billing activities for the department. /n - Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in operational performance. /n - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and manage audit processes. /n - Manage departmental costs in alignment with the annual budget. /n - Perform other duties as assigned. /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Current NJ Pharmacist license. /n - BLS certification (Basic Life Support). /n - Proven background in compounding infusion chemotherapy. /n - Strong understanding of Gastroenterology (GI) and Endocrinology therapies. /n - Demonstrated business competency in pharmacy operations and benefit evaluation. /n /n/nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
