Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Shifts & Schedule - Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) - Weekends: Every 3rd weekend required - Holidays: Required - Scheduling Flexibility: The department operates seven days a week and may offer reasonable weekday scheduling flexibility, excluding the required every 3rd weekend. Requirements - Valid Pennsylvania Respiratory Care License - Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential through NBRC - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC - BLS certification (required) Preferred Certifications - RRT–Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty (RRT-NPS) through NBRC (preferred within 24 months of start date) - PALS (preferred) - NRP (preferred) - ACLS (preferred) Education & Experience - Associate’s degree with a certificate of completion in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program or a technical diploma from a Respiratory Care program - Minimum of two (2) years of respiratory care experience About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
