nursing care to post-acute residents in areas nearby Supporting
residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) like eating,
personal hygiene, and grooming Protecting resident health and
safety by supporting a clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment
Assisting with the transportation and movement of residents around
the facility, as needed Documenting and reporting resident vital
signs and updating the nursing team on the physical and mental
conditions of residents Being accountable to follow and adhere to

regulations Engaging with residents in ways that build

Qualifications and Skills Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing
